Working within a shift routine (average 48 hours per week) with 3 in 1 (84 days on 28 off) rotation you will undertake all maintenance tasks on all aircraft allocated to the operation in accordance with the requirements of both GCAA CAR 145 and Company maintenance procedures
You will be responsible for the supervision of both technical and non-technical staff allocated to you by the Chief Engineer for specific maintenance or non-maintenance related tasks
You will ensure compliance with Company and customer Quality Assurance and Technical procedures and the accurate recording and completion of all maintenance data
You may be expected to undertake secondary duties as allocated to you by the Chief Engineer, e.g. POL, management, publication control and tool inventory administration
You must be flexible and prepared to travel in support of the customer for detached operations e.g. UK (appropriate allowances will be paid)
Essential:
Must hold a GCAA A6 Type Rated Maintenance Engineer's Licence for either A&C (B1.3) or Avionic (B2) disciplines
Holders of non A6 B1.3 and B2 Type Rated Licences (e.g. EASA, CASA) may be considered, however you would be expected to convert to GCAA A6 within 6 months of commencement of employment
Desirable:
Preferably you will be the holder of at least one of the following Type Ratings: AW109E, AW139, AB412, B407, AS350 B3 or AS365 N3
